I've lived in Downtown Pensacola since 1997 and have enjoyed watching the community grow and progress. I'm passionate about real estate and helping my customers realize their dreams of home ownership.

For four consecutive years, 2020, '21, '22, & '23, I have won "Best of The Coast - Best Real Estate Agent". In 2020, '21 & '22, I won the "Chairman's Circle Gold Award", and in 2021 was awarded "Number One Agent - Total Units Sold" through my former Brokerage.  In 2024, I was awarded Platinum Sales status through Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties.

I received my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2018. In 2024 I continued to earn certifications for ABR (Advanced Buyer’s Representative) and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource). A CRS designation is the highest designation a real estate agent may earn, and to qualify you must have high production and extensive training that goes above and beyond the minimum requirements. The ABR certification provides me with extra knowledge and resources to assist buyers in finding their dream home and the SFR designation provides me with the framework to assist in the sale of distressed properties and to qualify sellers for short sales.
